[texinfo-pretest] Problems with human language translations

    I installed the CVS Texinfo but when I invoke it the texts are not
    translated:

If anyone can tell me if there is something to be done in the sources to
improve the situation, that would be nice.  As far as I know it is using
gettext in the standard ways.  I have never understood why some lang
codes work while others don't, etc.
